Sleep Country provides free shipping for orders over $75 to most Canadian locations, with typical delivery times of 3–5 business days. For customers in Newfoundland and Labrador or the Canadian Territories, shipping takes 7–10 business days and costs $120.
Your mattress will arrive fully expanded. After your mattress arrives, you’ll have 100 nights to decide if it’s the right fit for you. This sleep trial length is standard for the mattress industry.
However, if you decide to return the mattress during the trial period, you won’t receive a refund. Instead, you’ll have to exchange the mattress for in-store credit after paying a $65 exchange fee.
