In third-party engineer testing (commissioned by us), it earned a firmness score consistent with a medium-firm feel and has above-average motion isolation. That said, its edge support and bounce scores were both below average.
The mattress has some cooling features to provide temperature control, including a layer of cooling gel foam, air channels to promote airflow, and a moisture-wicking top cover. This cover isn’t removable or machine washable.
Novaform ComfortGrande Plus is available online from Costco at $749 for a queen size. No other sizes are available. Brand availability and pricing may vary depending on which Costco you shop at, and you’ll need a paid Costco membership to purchase the mattress.

Novaform sells its ComfortGrande Plus Mattress through Costco. This means you’ll need a valid Costco membership to purchase it. This mattress can be purchased either in-person or via Costco’s website. If you purchase in-store, bring a truck or van so you can transport the mattress home.
Costco offers free shipping and delivery service to online customers via UPS or FedEx, including mattress placement, setup, and removal of packaging. Delivery will take 10–15 business days, including time taken to dispatch your order. The mattress arrives on your doorstep rolled up in a box.

Novaform offers a 90-night sleep trial, but Costco doesn’t. If you decide to return the mattress, you will need to bring it back to the store yourself.
