The exterior cover on Leesa Original is 60% polyester and 40% rayon, while the interior is 100% cotton. According to the company’s website, Leesa mattresses are made without fiberglass. The cover uses chemical-free rayon instead to meet fire safety regulations.
Like most online mattress retailers, Leesa ships its mattresses rolled and compressed in a cardboard box. The box for the mattress used in this review arrived heavily damaged and torn in several places, although the mattress itself was intact.
