GhostBed Classic is a firm foam and latex mattress. GhostBed promises a 101-night sleep trial and a money-back guarantee. However, negative customer reviews on third-party sites like Consumer Affairs, Trustpilot, and the Better Business Bureau report problems getting GhostBed to honour returns and warranty claims.
In 2022, GhostBed earned negative media attention when a customer brought their “extremely frustrating experience” with GhostBed’s return policy to CBC Go Public.
